Interior Design
We began with meticulous planning — developing a clear concept design supported by 3D visualizations to help the client envision every detail before execution. Once approved, AMTC Reno team carried out a turnkey renovation, covering site preparation, civil works, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), materials supply, and furnishing with custom-made furniture — ensuring speed, consistency, and uncompromised quality at every stage.
The renovation covered all areas of the apartment: the entrance zone, open-plan kitchen and living room, guest bathroom, bedroom, and master bathroom.

Our in-house carpentry workshop produced and installed all custom furniture according to the approved technical drawings prepared by our team:
- Bathroom: vanity unit with sink and built-in storage;
- Bedroom: bed with integrated storage, bedside tables, and an up-to-ceiling closet;
- Living Room: various custom doors and a functional cabinet;
- Kitchen: closing-type kitchen system and a multifunctional island;
- Washroom: custom sink unit and open shelving;
Each piece was built with integrated LED lighting, enhancing both ambiance and functionality. We also replaced all AC grills to match the updated interiors and improve airflow.
